How to Complete the FedEx Domestic Time-definite Service Consignment Note

Declared Value for Carriage:The declared value shall not exceed the actual value of the shipment.

Please choose the service you need: FedEx Next Morning Delivery, FedEx Next Day Delivery, FedEx Second Day Delivery.

Packaging include Pak and Box, please choose the packaging you use. If you pack your shipment by your own packaging , please choose "Other Packaging".

Check the box for required special handling instructions, Return Proof of Delivery.

Select a method of payment. When paid by recipient or third party account, please provide the appropriate FedEx account number. If recipient or third part fails to pay transportation charges, the sender is responsible for payment.
